1Introduction and Legal Entity

Welcome to Vidyaa Sarthi.

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Vidyaa Sarthi website, platform, services, learning tools, content, assessments, dashboards, and related features.

Vidyaa Sarthi is the public-facing brand name of Vidyaa Saarthi Private Limited. In these Terms, "Vidyaa Sarthi", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Vidyaa Saarthi Private Limited.

By accessing or using our website, platform, services, or content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use Vidyaa Sarthi.

2Eligibility and Use by Minors

Vidyaa Sarthi is intended for school students and related users, including parents, lawful guardians, teachers, and authorized school representatives.

Users who are 18 years of age or above may use Vidyaa Sarthi independently, subject to these Terms.

A student below 18 years of age may use Vidyaa Sarthi only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. Where a student is below 18 years of age, the parent or lawful guardian confirms that they are accepting these Terms on behalf of the student and are responsible for the student's use of the platform.

By creating an account, giving consent, making payment, or allowing a minor student to use Vidyaa Sarthi, the parent or lawful guardian confirms that they have the legal authority to do so.

3Parent / Guardian Responsibility

Parents and lawful guardians are responsible for ensuring that the student uses Vidyaa Sarthi appropriately, safely, and only for lawful educational purposes.

Parents / guardians are also responsible for:

• providing accurate signup, consent, and subscription information;
• keeping account and contact information updated;
• supervising the student's use of the platform where required;
• ensuring that login credentials are kept secure;
• ensuring that the platform is not used for cheating, misuse, or any unlawful purpose.

Vidyaa Sarthi may rely on the consent, information, and instructions provided by the parent or lawful guardian during account creation, subscription, communication, and support interactions.

4User Accounts and Security

To access certain features of Vidyaa Sarthi, users may be required to create an account or complete a signup process.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during signup and while using the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, including usernames, passwords, OTPs, and any other access details.

You must not:

• share login credentials with unauthorized persons;
• impersonate another person;
• create false or misleading accounts;
• allow unauthorized access to the platform;
• misuse another user's account;
• attempt to bypass account, consent, payment, or access controls.

Vidyaa Sarthi may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if account information is false, consent is invalid, payment conditions are not satisfied, credentials are misused, or the platform is used in violation of these Terms.

5AI-Supported Learning

Vidyaa Sarthi uses AI-supported technology to provide learning explanations, guided doubt support, practice assistance, assessment support, and progress-related learning guidance.

AI-supported responses are intended to support learning, reasoning, revision, and conceptual understanding. They should not be treated as a substitute for school instruction, teacher judgment, prescribed textbooks, examination instructions, or official curriculum guidance.

While Vidyaa Sarthi aims to provide curriculum-aligned, age-appropriate, and useful learning support, AI-supported outputs may occasionally contain errors, omissions, limitations, or incomplete responses.

Users should verify important academic content with prescribed textbooks, teachers, schools, or official curriculum sources.

Vidyaa Sarthi does not guarantee that every AI-supported response will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every academic situation.

6Academic Integrity

Vidyaa Sarthi is designed to support learning, reasoning, practice, and conceptual clarity.

Users must not use Vidyaa Sarthi to:

• cheat in homework, tests, assignments, projects, or examinations;
• submit platform-generated responses as their own original work where this is not permitted;
• obtain unfair academic advantage;
• bypass school or examination requirements;
• misuse the platform for academic misconduct;
• request or use direct answers in a manner that violates school, board, or examination rules.

Where a question appears to seek direct homework, assignment, or examination answers, Vidyaa Sarthi may provide guided reasoning, conceptual explanation, hints, practice support, or step-by-step learning assistance instead of a direct answer.

7Internal Personalization Information

Vidyaa Sarthi may use internal platform-generated learning-support information to personalize the student's learning experience.

This may help the platform adjust explanation style, pace, examples, revision support, practice guidance, and learning continuity.

Such internal information is used only for platform functionality and learning support. It is not provided as a separate diagnostic report, psychological assessment, aptitude assessment, medical assessment, score, label, certificate, or formal evaluation.

Vidyaa Sarthi does not provide medical, psychological, clinical, counselling, or special-needs diagnostic services.

Nothing on the platform should be treated as professional medical, psychological, therapeutic, or counselling advice.

8Intellectual Property

All rights in the Vidyaa Sarthi website, platform, software, learning content, explanations, assessments, question banks, reports, dashboards, workflows, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, audio-visual materials, and platform-generated outputs belong to Vidyaa Saarthi Private Limited or its licensors, as applicable.

Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Vidyaa Sarthi only for personal educational purposes or authorized school-use purposes.

Users must not, without prior written permission from Vidyaa Saarthi Private Limited:

• copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, or commercially exploit platform content;
• sell, resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the platform;
• scrape, extract, download in bulk, or create datasets from platform content;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the underlying structure, logic, methods, workflows, or proprietary functioning of the platform;
• modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from platform content or outputs;
• remove copyright, trademark, watermark, attribution, or proprietary notices.

No ownership rights are transferred to users by accessing or using Vidyaa Sarthi.

9User-Submitted Content

Users may submit questions, answers, responses, feedback, messages, files, or other learning-related inputs on Vidyaa Sarthi.

Users are responsible for the content they submit and must ensure that such content is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Users must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, malicious, or otherwise inappropriate.

By submitting content on Vidyaa Sarthi, users permit Vidyaa Sarthi to use such content for providing the service, supporting learning, personalizing platform experience, evaluating responses, improving platform quality, maintaining safety, resolving support issues, and complying with legal or operational requirements.

Use of submitted content will be subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

10Teacher and School Access

Teacher and school access to Vidyaa Sarthi is available only where there is an active school partnership, institutional arrangement, pilot, or other authorized access approved by Vidyaa Sarthi.

Teachers, school administrators, and school representatives may access only the information and dashboards made available to them for educational, academic-support, progress-review, or school-partnership purposes.

Teachers and schools must not misuse, export, disclose, publish, sell, or commercially exploit student-related information except as permitted by Vidyaa Sarthi and applicable law.

Teacher and school dashboards are intended to support teaching, revision planning, academic intervention, and learning-progress review.

Teachers and schools do not receive internal personalization information, raw student interactions, parent payment information, or unrelated personal data through ordinary dashboard access.

Vidyaa Sarthi may suspend or restrict teacher or school access if such access is misused, if the school partnership ends, or if continued access is not permitted under applicable terms, consent, or law.
